Abstract

The invention provides an automatic parameter issuing system suitable for a manual electric arc welder. The automatic parameter issuing system comprises an upper computer, a lower computer, a motor driving plate, a stepping motor, a coupling and a duplex potentiometer, wherein one end of the coupling is connected with the output end of the stepping motor; and the other end of the coupling is connected with the rotary shaft of the duplex potentiometer, so that the stepping motor rotates to drive the duplex potentiometer to rotate; and after connecting the coupling, the rotational speeds of theoutput shaft of the motor and the rotary shaft of the duplex potentiometer are the same as the rotary angles of the output shaft of the motor and the rotary shaft of the duplex potentiometer. The automatic parameter issuing system can directly call the database of the welding procedure specification to avoid workpiece damaged caused by misoperation of a welder; physical isolation of the automaticparameter issuing system and the welder can avoid electromagnetic interference to the issuing system caused by high-frequency induction of the welder during the arc striking process; and the automaticparameter issuing system is high in adjusting precision of the welding parameter and can realize remote control of the welding parameter.
