Abstract

The invention relates to a high-throughput automatic fluorescence immunoassay analyzer and a control method thereof. A lateral translation unit parallel to a plurality of adjustable sample holders isarranged on a pedestal. Heating units are arranged at the bottoms of the adjustable sample holders. A longitudinal translation unit is arranged by cooperating with the lateral translation unit. A sample withdrawing unit and a fluorescence detection unit are driven by the lateral translation unit to complete detection and sample withdrawing work after sample cultivation, so that an in-place detection unit ensures information feedback and positioning after each sample holder placing. According to the invention, heating, detecting and sample withdrawing of multiple samples with different sizes can be completed continuously only by using two drive units; the samples can enter the sample holders without an order; the in-place detection mechanism enables the analyzer to adapt to samples with different lengths; and whole work is completed within the coverage range of the lateral translation unit. The analyzer has advantages of simple structure, great convenience to adjustment, high reliability, low cost, small occupied space, and great easiness in maintenance and is an ideal mechanism for semi-automatic gold standard and fluorescence detection equipment.
