Problems solved by technology

Indole-3-carbaldehyde is an important indole metabolite. Studies have shown that indole-3-carbaldehyde can inhibit the albicans albicans in the intestine by promoting the transcription of IL-22 dependent on the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) pathway. Bacteria colonization, maintain the balance of intestinal flora, and inhibit intestinal inflammatory response, but there is no research report on the regulatory role of indole-3-carbaldehyde in AD inflammation

Embodiment 1

[0040] 1) Preparation of MC903 mouse model and IIAd intervention:

[0041] The mice used in the experiment are ICR female mice, 4-8 weeks old, raised in an SPF-level environment, and the mouse feed is SPF-level; MC903 is used outside the ear of the mouse, once a day, for 14 consecutive days; prepared in the MC903 model At the same time, IIAd was applied externally to the mouse ears for 14 consecutive days;

[0042] 2) Record the number of scratches:

[0043] (1) Choose to record the behavior of mice with a camera in a quiet state;

[0044] (2) Randomly select a 30-min video, and calculate the total scratching times of each group of mice;

[0045] 3) Flow cytometric detection of inflammatory cells infiltrated in mouse ear tissue: preparation of single cell suspension of mouse ear tissue: including: using sterilized scissors and tweezers to cut up the mouse ear tissue; , centrifuge at 2000rpm at 4°C, pour off the supernatant after 5min; chop the precipitated tissue and pour i...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and relates to medicinal and skin care applications of tryptophan metabolites comprising indole-3-formaldehyde (IAId) and the like, in particular to an application of tryptophan metabolites comprising indole-3-formaldehyde in preparing of medicines and skin care products with an immunoregulation effect. Experiments show that tryptophan metabolites such as IAId can inhibit AD-like inflammation and psoriasis-like inflammation induced by MC903 and inhibit infiltration of CD4+, Gr1+ positive cells in dermis, inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors, reduce the degree of skin percutaneous water loss, and inhibit scratching behavior in mice. Experimental results prove that tryptophan metabolites such as IAId have a clear anti-AD-like inflammation effect, and can be used for preparing drugs and skin care products for preventing and treating atopic dermatitis (eczema), especially for preparing an external preparation for preventing and treating acute and chronic inflammation caused by abnormal immune response. The invention provides a new drug choice for prevention and treatment of atopic dermatitis in the clinical test stageand clinical application, and has a wide commercial application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medicine, and relates to new biological effects of tryptophan metabolites, in particular to the medicinal and skin care products of tryptophan metabolites including indole-3-formaldehyde (IAId), especially to tryptophan Metabolites include indole-3-formaldehyde in the preparation of medicines and skin care products with immunomodulatory effects; described tryptophan metabolites include indole-3-formaldehyde (IAId) has the effect of suppressing immune responses, especially It can be used to prepare medicines and skin care products for externally treating inflammatory skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis (eczema) and psoriasis. Background technique [0002] The information discloses that atopic dermatitis (AD) is one of the most common skin diseases in the world, and its incidence rate is increasing year by year. Currently, the incidence rate in children is as high as 20%. According to statistics, about ...
