Embodiment 1

[0141] In the leakage detection of water supply pipelines, the frequency bands of the leakage signals are different due to the differences in the inner diameter, wall thickness and material of the pipeline. In order to analyze the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive denoising method in different environments, the present invention respectively Simulated two kinds of leakage signals of low frequency (0-600Hz) and high frequency (400-2000Hz) distribution, the leakage signal of simulation is mixed with noise to form detection signal, then by using the traditional method and method proposed by the present invention to detect signal to denoise.

[0142] As shown in Figure 4(a)~(d), Figure 4(a) and Figure 4(c) are the five time-domain pattern components obtained by VMD decomposition of low-frequency and high-frequency signals with -5dB white noise, respectively. 4(b) and Fig. 4(d) show the PSDs of the corresponding modes. It can be seen from the figures that VMD sequentially deco...

Embodiment 2

[0146] In order to study the effect of this method in different environments, the present invention also adopts PP-R plastic pipes and iron metal pipes to operate in different experimental environments. For the convenience of description, the above two experimental environments are referred to in the present invention as Experimental environment 1 and experimental environment 2, the pipeline parameters are shown in Table 1; this experiment uses a water valve to achieve water leakage, install a water pump at the initial end of the pipe to suck the liquid so that the pipe is in a liquid-filled state, and the water pipe is placed at the end of the pipe , the water pump is connected to the tank to make it a cycle.

Abstract

The invention discloses a self-adaptive denoising method based on VMD. The method comprises the following steps of 1, respectively acquiring a first vibration signal and a second vibration signal, andobtaining a first mode and a second mode after the first vibration signal and the second vibration signal are decomposed through VMD; 2, respectively calculating a correlation coefficient between each mode of the first vibration signal and the second vibration signal and a correlation coefficient between each mode of the second vibration signal and the first vibration signal; 3, respectively determining a first parameter of leakage signals that the first mode contains and a second parameter of leakage signals that the second mode contains; 4, performing normalization treatment on the first parameter and the second parameter to obtain the signal definition; and 5, reconstructing extracted modes to obtain denoising leakage signals. The invention further discloses an application of the self-adaptive denoising method based on VMD in the water supply pipeline leakage position.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of water supply pipeline detection, in particular to a VMD-based self-adaptive noise reduction method and its application in water supply pipeline leakage location. Background technique [0002] Leakage in water supply pipelines has become an important problem, therefore, it is particularly important to detect and locate water leaks and repair them in time; time difference of arrival (TDOA) has become a research hotspot in the application of pipeline leakage, by using acceleration sensors to collect vibration signals on both sides of the pipeline, and then estimate The time delay of the signal, which can predict the position where the leakage may occur, the vibration signal carries the leakage information from the pipeline, but the signal is disturbed by various noises during propagation, such as random noise and periodic noise; the time delay estimate is a deviation estimate, Cramer-Rao Bound means that the minimum m...
