Abstract

The invention relates to a hand mold turnover posture control mechanism which is arranged on an automatic rubber dipped glove production line. The automatic rubber dipped glove production line is provided with a pair of chain conveyor lines and a plurality of mold bars. The mold bars are arranged between the chain conveyor lines through a rotatable structure. A clutch is mounted on the rotatable structure. The hand mold turnover posture control mechanism is characterized in that a turnover driving mechanism comprises a gear and a rack set, and further comprises a follow-up driving mechanism, wherein the gear is mounted between the mold bars and the clutch; the rack set is mounted in a rubber dipping position and can be engaged with the gear; and the follow-up driving mechanism is connectedwith the rack set. The hand mold turnover posture control mechanism has the advantages that the mold bars are driven to move through the chain conveyor lines; the gear on the mold bars and the rack set in the dipping position have relative displacement to implement turnover of the mold bars; meanwhile, the follow-up driving mechanism is used for dynamically adjusting the relative displacement between the turnover driving mechanism and the chain conveyor lines and finally controlling the turnover postures of hand molds mounted on the mold bars without changing the rhythm of the chain conveyorlines.
