Problems solved by technology

[0002] The current membrane water treatment process is difficult to remove trace organic pollutants in water, and trace organic pollutants such as PPCP are not only continuously discharged into the water environment, but also their secondary metabolites may be more than a hundred times more toxic than themselves. Therefore, on the basis of saving energy consumption, it is particularly important to explore the carbon nanocomposite membrane filtration technology that can be used for the removal of trace organic pollutants in water bodies under normal temperature and pressure.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a CNT-GO composite membrane for efficiently removing trace-amount organic pollutants. The composite membrane is composed of carbon nanotubes (CNT) of which the mass percentage of hydroxyl group is 6.0-10.0% and the mass percentage of oxygen atoms is 3.0-5.0% and graphene oxide (GO) of which the mass percentage of oxygen atoms is 1.0-2.0%. The composite membrane is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 30 to 80 percent of CNT powder and 20 to 70 percent of GO powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1)respectively mixing powder weighed according to the formula ratio with deionized water according to a ratio of 1mg: 1mL of 1:1, and then respectively carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 10-15 min under the condition that the ultrasonic power is 20-25 kHz; 3) uniformly mixing the two kinds of carbon nanomaterials subjected to ultrasonic treatment respectively, and then performing ultrasonic treatment for 10-15 minutes under the power of 20-25 kHz; and (4) preparing the composite membrane from the mixed solution treated in the step (3) by adopting a deposition method and a suction filtration method. The composite membrane is high in micro-pollutant removal efficiency, high in performance stability and easy to regenerate, and the service life of the composite membrane is greatly prolonged.
