Abstract

The invention discloses phenazine triazole, i.e., 1H-[1,2,3]triazolyl[4,5-b]phenazine which is prepared from diaminophenazine hydrochloride and NaNO2 through a reaction in an acidic environment. The phenazine triazole can be used as a fluorescence sensor for bifunctional detection of Hg<2+> and Co<2+> in a system containing 30% of water; i.e., 12 common heavy metal cations are added into a DMSO / H2O system of phenazine triazole, the fluorescence of a main body solution can be turned into bright yellow only when Hg<2+> is added, and the fluorescence of the main body solution can be turned into blue green only when only Co<2+> is added. Titration experiments show that the lowest detection limit of the phenazine triazole to Hg<2+> fluorescence response is 4.96*10<-7> M and the lowest detectionlimit of the phenazine triazole to Co<2+> fluorescence response is 3.33 * 10<-8> M, so the phenazine triazole has very high sensitivity in detection of Hg<2+> and Co<2+>.
