Abstract

The invention relates to a phosphoric acid functionalized carbon material prepared based on a hydrothermal process, and an application thereof in phosphorylated peptide enrichment. Glucose used as a carbon source, vinylphosphoric acid used as a functional monomer and water used as a single solvent undergo a one-step hydrothermal reaction to obtain a carbon material containing phosphoric acid functional groups on the surface; and the carbon material is chelated with titanium ions (Ti<4+>) to prepare the immobilized titanium metal ion affinity chromatography functionalized carbon material (Ti<4+>-IMAC). The functionalized carbon material is applied to enrichment of phosphorylated peptides in a complex biological sample. The Ti<4+>-IMAC carbon material has a good enrichment effect on endogenous peptide fragments in human serum.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation of phosphoric acid functionalized carbon material based on a hydrothermal method and its application in the enrichment of phosphorylated peptides. The specific preparation process is first to use glucose as carbon source, vinyl phosphoric acid as functional monomer, and water as single solvent to prepare phosphoric acid functionalized carbon material through one-step hydrothermal reaction. Then chelated titanium ions (Ti 4+ ), prepared as an immobilized titanium metal ion affinity chromatography (Ti 4+ -IMAC) functionalized carbon material. This material has the potential to be applied to the enrichment of phosphorylated peptides in complex biological samples. Background technique [0002] In recent years, various forms of carbon materials have been widely used in catalysis, energy storage, water purification, sample processing, and biosensing, and have received more and more attention. Although a variety of m...
