Abstract

The rectifier comprises a three-phase power supply which is connected to an a phase, a b phase anda c phase separately and then is connected to one end of an input filter circuit F for filtering, and the other end of the input filter circuit F is connected with a rectifier bridge E formed by sixdiodes. The middle point of each phase of bridge arm of the rectifier bridge E is connected with a harmonic injection circuit G composed of six diodes and six IGBTs, and the two ends of the rectifierbridge E are connected with an up-down parallel DC-DC converter composed of two phase-shifting full-bridge circuits. Compared with a traditional three-phase rectifier, the improved phase-shifted full-bridge rectifier enables the conversion efficiency of the circuit to be improved, is low in input current harmonic rate, stable in output voltage and few in harmonic waves, and has the very high voltage regulation rate and load regulation rate.
