The system includes a data processing main control composition, a reactor voltage collection part, a reactor current collection part, a reactor temperature collection part and an energy taking and power supply part. The data processing main control composition is arranged in a shielding shell body assembled on high-voltage wiring terminals. An induction front end of the reactor current collection part is nested on the high-voltage wiring terminals of the tested reactor. A collection front end of the reactor voltage collection part is in parallel connection between the two high-voltage terminals of the reactor. Sampling nodes of the collection front end are connected to the dataprocessing main control composition through voltage. An energy taking front end of the energy taking and power supply part is an energy taking mutual inductance coil arranged on the high-voltage wiring terminals of the reactor in a nested manner.
