Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-stress microbiological preparation for prawns. The microbiological preparation comprises composite microorganism bacteria, wherein the composite microorganism bacteriacomprise the following strains in percentage by weight of 20-60% of bacillus subtilis, 10-50% of beer microzyme, 3-40% of lactobacillus casei and 10-50% of rhodopseudomonas palustris. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the microbiological preparation. The preparation method comprises the steps of respectively inoculating a corresponding culture medium with four strains, and performing propagation culture to obtain strains; and mixing the strains in a proportion to obtain a composite microorganism bacterium stock solution, then performing inoculating in a total culture medium, and then performing fermentation to prepare the required microbiological preparation. The microbiological preparation disclosed by the invention can be added to any prawn feeds, wherein the microbiological preparation can rapidly remove.OH free radicals in prawns, and can reduce the cortisol and blood sugar concentration in serum, so as to reduce the influence of the stress response of the prawns on organisms, and improve the resistance of the prawns.
