The system comprises a preprocessing module; a detection module, wherein the input end of thedetection module is connected with the first output end of the preprocessing module, and the detection module detects neuronal cells; a registration module, wherein the input end of the registration module is connected with the second output end of the preprocessing module for registration comparison; a recognition partitioning module, wherein the input end of the recognition partitioning module is connected with the output end of the registration module, and the recognition partitioning module partitions the mouse brain microscopic image; a mapping module, wherein the first input end of the mapping module is connected with the output end of the detection module, the second input end of the mapping module is connected with the output end of the identification partition module, and the neuron cell bodies and the mouse brain microscopic image partition are mapped in a one-to-one mode to complete mouse brain atlas auxiliary drawing.
