Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, because the fire-fighting robot needs to enter and approach the fire scene when using it, and spray high-pressure water or foam to extinguish the fire, the fire-fighting robot is often subjected to flame combustion, heat radiation, etc., which makes the temperature of the robot itself continue to rise, affecting the internal equipment of the fire-fighting robot normal operation, for this reason, we propose a self-sprinkling cooling protection mechanism for fire-fighting robots

Abstract

The invention discloses a self-spraying cooling protection mechanism of a fire-fighting robot. The self-spraying cooling protection mechanism comprises a cooling shell and a robot; the cooling shell is welded to the outer surface of the robot; the outer surfaces of the two sides of the robot are each movably provided with a caterpillar track; a baffle is welded to a position, adjacent to the corresponding caterpillar track, on the outer surface of each of the two sides of the cooling shell; and the outer surface of the top end of the cooling shell is fixedly provided with a side spraying mechanism through bolts. According to the self-spraying cooling protection mechanism of the fire-fighting robot, by installing sponge in the cooling shell and the baffles, the heat of all positions of thecooling shell can be equally distributed by water; by installing protrusions on the outer surface of the top end of a copper plate, the heat radiating area can be increased, and heat generated in thecooling shell can be conveniently dissipated; and by installing a self-locking motor in each of bottom boxes, and welding a reel to the top end of each self-locking motor, first spray nozzles can be fixed or replaced, and the integral stability of the first spray nozzles is enhanced when the first spray nozzles are used.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of fire-fighting robots, in particular to a self-spraying cooling protection mechanism of a fire-fighting robot. Background technique [0002] Fire-fighting robot is a device used to replace manual fire-fighting. Various large-scale petrochemical enterprises, tunnels, subways, etc. are increasing, and hidden dangers such as oil gas, poisonous gas leakage explosions, tunnels, and subway collapses are increasing. used more and more frequently; [0003] At present, because the fire-fighting robot needs to enter and approach the fire scene when using it, and spray high-pressure water or foam to extinguish the fire, the fire-fighting robot is often subjected to flame combustion and heat radiation, which makes the temperature of the robot itself continue to rise, affecting the internal equipment of the fire-fighting robot normal operation, for this reason, we propose a self-sprinkling cooling protection mechanism...
