The self-adaptive hydraulic support device comprises a hydraulic control system, a hydraulic supportsystem, a plurality of support rods and backing plates; the hydraulic control system comprises a hydraulic main shaft control system and a hydraulic support arm control system; the hydraulic support arm control system comprises telescopic main shafts and a plurality of hydraulic support arms; the hydraulic main shaft control system is connected with the telescopic main shafts through hydraulic pumps for controlling the telescopic main shafts to do lifting motion; the hydraulic support arm control system is in control connection with each hydraulic support arm through the corresponding hydraulic pump for controlling each hydraulic support arm to do telescopic motion; each telescopic main shaft comprises upper and lower support seats and a hydraulic support column; the upper and lower support seats are arranged at the upper and lower ends of the hydraulic support column; the hydraulic support arms are hinged to the upper support seats, and the support rods are hinged to the middle partsof the hydraulic support arms and the lower support seats, and used for supporting the hydraulic support arms; and each backing plate is arranged at the tail end of the corresponding hydraulic supportarm, and used for connecting with the inner wall of a shell to be restrained from deforming.
