The invention provides a method and a system for on-line inspection of accuracy of a solid flowmeter. The method comprises the steps of firstly arranging a comparison pipeline with the same pipe diameter as a conveying pipeline where a to-be-inspected solid flowmeter is located; reading the powder mass flow of the solid flowmeter to be inspected; conveying the same powder in the to-be-inspected conveying pipeline to the comparison pipeline, and setting the powder discharging rate to be equal to the display numerical value of the to-be-inspected solid flowmeter; secondly, detecting static pressure of conveying air in the to-be-inspected conveying pipeline and the comparison pipeline, and adjusting the static pressure of the conveying air in the two pipelines to be the same; detecting wind speeds in the conveying pipeline to be inspected and the comparison pipeline, and adjusting the wind speeds of the two pipelines to be the same; finally, selecting pipe sections with the same length onthe conveying pipeline to be inspected and the comparison pipeline, and respectively detecting pressure drop signals of the two pipe sections; and comparing and analyzing the pressure drop characteristics on the two pipe sections to judge the accuracy of the to-be-inspected solid flowmeter. An inspection device designed according to the method is simple in structure.
