Problems solved by technology

However, it should be pointed out that the development in recent years has been quite rapid, because with the adjustment of the domestic agricultural industry structure, people have found that the planting of bulb flowers such as tulips has high economic benefits, and large-scale cultivation and production have begun in various places. There is still a big gap in the reproduction and rejuvenation of tulips, so a new method of domestication and breeding of varieties is urgently needed to solve the existing technical problems

Embodiment Construction

[0017] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the examples.

[0018] When the present invention is concretely implemented, the tulip commercial variety breeding work is carried out in the tulip garden of Changchun Park and the Nong'an nursery stock production base respectively. Choose varieties with high overwintering survival rate, neat plant height, neat flowering period, long post-flowering growth time, and large number of seed balls, while considering ornamental value such as flower shape and color. At least 50-100 bulbs are planted for each variety (the number of bulbs planted in tulip gardens is much higher than 100 due to landscape requirements). The row spacing between plants is 15×25cm, and the depth is 10-15cm.

[0019] Routine water and fertilizer management, and at the same time set up different heat preservation measures (frozen water, heat preservation layer) in the open field, and use the survival rate as the main in...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for propagation and rejuvenation of tulip bulbs. The method comprises the following steps: initial seed selection; planting management; variety optimization; pollen collection; cross pollination; record observation; and measurement analysis. According to an international standard grading method, 5 grades of bulbs are used as research objects, shading treatment, soil matrix, fertilization treatment measures, and planting density are set separately, growth rates, propagation performances and flowering characteristics of the different grades of bulbs are measured, main influencing factors affecting propagation and rejuvenation of the bulbs are determined by a multivariate analysis method, and appropriate propagation and rejuvenation measures for the differentgrades of bulbs are formulated. The method overcomes shortcomings of the prior art, is an excellent new breeding method, effectively obtains excellent new varieties that can be stably inherited, andshortens a breeding period.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of planting and cultivation, in particular to a method for propagating and rejuvenating tulip bulbs. Background technique [0002] Tulip, also known as foreign lotus, is a perennial bulbous herbaceous flower of the monocot Liliaceae, usually with 3-5 leaves, and a few species have 1 or more; the leaves are born in the lower middle part of the stem; broadly lanceolate and full ovate lanceolate The leaves are broadly ovate at the base and long and acuminate above; thick and juicy; there is a light blue-gray waxy layer on the surface. Some wild species and garden varieties have purple-brown or reddish-brown spots or stripes on the leaves. [0003] Tulip stems are upright, smooth, covered with white powder, emerald green. Bulbs flat-conical, with a layer of light yellow or brown on the surface; brown dry membranous pseudobulbs. The bulb consists of 3-5 fleshy scales. The diameter of the bulb is 1-5cm, depend...
