Abstract

The invention discloses a lightweight abnormal-structure radome of an unmanned aerial vehicle and a forming method of the lightweight abnormal-structure radome, and belongs to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicle fittings. The lightweight abnormal-structure radome of the unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a cover body which is of an abnormal body structure, wherein outer skin of the coverbody is of a three-layer structure; each layer of the outer skin is manufactured from glass fibers or quartz fiber prepreg; and the inner skin of the cover body is of a two-layer structure, and eachlayer of the inner skin is manufactured from glass fibers or quartz fiber prepreg. The lightweight abnormal-structure radome solves the technical problems that the inner skin and the outer skin of thecover body adopt an equal-thickness design, rigidity and strength waste is caused, weight of the cover body is increased and processing cost is increased in the prior art. The outer skin of the coverbody is of the three-layer structure, and the inner skin of the cover body is of the two-layer structure, so that the outer skin and the inner skin are unequal-thickness structures, so that weight ofthe radome is relieved in case of guaranteeing wave-transmitting needs, rigidity and strength of the radome.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of UAV accessories, in particular to a light-weight special-shaped UAV radome and a forming method thereof. Background technique [0002] The radome is mainly used to protect the radar from the interference of the external environment, and the radome needs to meet the penetration requirements of radar waves. The cover part of the radome mainly includes the tail cover, the main cover and the upper cover, in which the main cover is required to be wave-transparent, while the tail cover and the upper cover are not required to be wave-transparent. At present, there are relatively few domestic researches on the radome of large drones. The traditional aircraft radome mostly adopts a honeycomb sandwich structure. In order to meet the rigidity requirements of the radome, the inner skin and outer skin of the radome usually adopt a structure of equal thickness. [0003] However, the inner skin and the outer skin of th...
