Abstract

Provided in the invention is an automatic road paving robot being mainly composed of a paving machine, a sensing unit, a control decision-making unit, an execution unit and a wireless communication unit. The autonomous navigation of the automatic road paving robot adopts a satellite and a laser distance sensor to be combined with road design information to realize paving positioning and steering.In the paving operation, a material level ultrasonic radar is used for autonomously deciding a material conveying speed and a driving speed; the paving thickness and flatness are measured by using a laser radar, and the pavement height difference is automatically leveled and ironed. The control decision-making unit is composed of an upper computer, a lower computer group and an airborne field bus;the upper computer communicates with an engineering dispatching center, and the lower computer group implements the functions of automatic ignition, automatic flameout, automatic in-place, autonomousnavigation, autonomous operation and the like of the paving robot according to instructions. The automatic road paving robot disclosed by the invention is unmanned and intelligent road construction equipment; automatic, remote-control and manual paving operation modes can be switched at any time; and the robot is particularly suitable for the situations that have problems of oxygen deficit and danger of highlands, tunnels and the like are not suitable for manual paving operation.
