Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of experimental testing, and discloses a pretreatment method for determination of aromatic hydrocarbon substances in an oil-gas geochemical prospecting sample in a sulfur-containing area. The pretreatment method comprises the steps of purifying copper powder before use; taking a supernatant obtained by utilizing a national standard method, putting into a colorimetric tube, adding the purified copper powder, shaking up and oscillating, and standing; adding the purified copper powder again, shaking up and oscillating, and standing; and adopting centrifugal filtration or organic filter membrane filtration to eliminate adhesion of the copper powder to a cuvette. According to the invention, sulfur in a saturated elemental sulfur n-hexane solution can be completely removed through secondary sulfur removal of the copper powder, other ultraviolet and fluorescence pollution is not introduced, and the determination of the aromatic hydrocarbon substances is notaffected; the measured data is objective, that is, the obtained ultraviolet and fluorescence data can truly reflect the content of the aromatic hydrocarbon substances in an investigation area by eliminating interfering substance elemental sulfur; and the method is convenient to popularize, low in cost, easy to operate and convenient to popularize, and supplements the current national standard.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of experimental testing, and in particular relates to a pretreatment method for the determination of aromatic hydrocarbons in oil and gas geochemical exploration samples in sulfur-bearing areas. Background technique [0002] Aromatic hydrocarbons in oil and gas earth samples are currently determined by fluorescence spectrophotometer and ultraviolet spectrophotometer according to the provisions of "Measurement Methods for Oil and Gas Geochemical Exploration Samples" (GB / T 29173-2012). [0003] The national standard stipulates the pretreatment method of the sample: Weigh 20.0g of the sample with a particle size of 0.176mm, place it in a 60mL Erlenmeyer flask with a stopper, add 30mL of petroleum ether, shake well, and shake it in a shaker for 20min. Stand for more than 12h, then shake for 20min, let stand for 1h, and clarify. The supernatant was transferred to a 20mL stoppered test tube, and 0.5g of anhydrous sodium su...
