The method comprises the following steps: acquiring biochemical oxygen demand BOD5<in> and total nitrogen amount TN<in> of a water inlet pipe of an anoxic tank; acquiring the biochemical oxygen demand BOD5<out> and the total nitrogen amount TN<out> of a water outlet pipe of the anoxic tank; according to a total nitrogen amount difference value between TN<in> and TN<out> and a biochemical oxygen demand difference value between BOD5<in> and BOD5<out>, calculating the amount of a target carbon source to be added into the anoxic tank; and adding the carbon source into the anoxic tank according to the amount of the target carbon source.
