Abstract

The invention provides an X-ray frequency modulation method, a transmitting device and an application of the transmitting device, and aims to solve the problems of low efficiency, poor anti-interference performance and the like of an existing X-ray frequency modulation method. The X-ray frequency modulation method comprises that: an electrostatic field E2 perpendicular to the electron transmissiondirection is constructed between a cathode hot electron source and an anode target so as to control deflection of hot electrons; the anode target is divided into two sections of anode targets made ofdifferent materials along the direction vertical to the electron transmission direction, and the two sections of anode targets are respectively marked as a first anode target and a second anode target; when a signal 1 needs to be transmitted, voltage is applied to form the electrostatic field E2, and the hot electrons deflect under the action of the E2 to bombard the first anode target to generate characteristic X-rays corresponding to the first anode target; and when a signal 0 needs to be transmitted, the electrostatic field E2 is adjusted, so that the hot electrons bombard the second anodetarget to generate characteristic X-rays corresponding to the second anode target.
