Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-icing collector ring of a helicopter tail rotor. The anti-icing collector ring comprises a rotor (1), an outer cover (2) and an electric brush box (4). The rotor (1) isprovided with a base (101), conducting ring assemblies (102) is stacked on the columnar outer wall of the upper end of the base (101), a pressing plate (104) and a baffle plate (105) are arranged atthe upper end of the conducting ring assembly (102), and the conducting ring assemblies (102), the pressing plate (104) and the baffle plate (105) are fixed on the base (101) together; a cable (107) is led out of the lower end of the base (101), wires in the cable (107) are connected with the binding posts (106) on the conducting ring assemblies, and an end cover (108) is fixed to the lower end ofthe base (101); the electric brush box (4) is installed on one side of the outer cover (3), a sealing gasket (3) is arranged between the electric brush box and the outer cover, and the electric brushbox (4) can be replaced or maintained independently. The anti-icing collector ring is relatively simple in structure, good in maintainability, long in electric brush abrasion life and high in cable reliability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of helicopter rotor anti-icing and relates to a helicopter tail rotor anti-icing collector ring. Background technique [0002] When the helicopter flies under cloud, fog, rain or snow weather conditions, ice will accumulate on the surface of the tail rotor blades. Ice accumulation will not only change the aerodynamic shape of the blades, but also damage the helicopter components after falling off. In order to avoid icing affecting the flight safety of the helicopter, the tail rotor blade generally adopts an electrothermal anti-icing method, and a collector ring is required to transmit electric energy or temperature signals between the fuselage and the tail rotor blade. The existing collector ring usually adopts an integral structure, which requires two bearings, and the brush holder is installed inside the collector ring, which is inconvenient for maintenance. In addition, when the tail rotor rotates at hig...
