Abstract

The invention discloses an optimization system and method for balancing system output efficiency and NOx emission of an SOFC system. The system comprises an SOFC electric pile, a combustion chamber, an air blower, a bypass valve, a heat exchanger and a nitrogen and oxygen sensor based on an SOFC principle. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a relationship among thermal characteristic parameters, system output efficiency, NOx content and system operation variables to obtain a solution set which meets thermal stability requirements and has the highest system output efficiencyand the lowest NOx content, and screening out an optimal system operation variable for balancing the system output efficiency and NOx emission of the SOFC system from the solution set. When the system operates stably, certain system output efficiency can be guaranteed, NOx emission is reduced as much as possible, and environmental friendliness is achieved.
