[0005] 2. Out of bed monitoring: During sleep, the elderly or patients may suddenly fall out of bed due to turning over, convulsions, etc.
[0006] At present, although some domestic companies have developed physical measurement products such as smart bracelets, their sensitivity to physical parameters such as respiration and heart rate is limited, and they are susceptible to electromagnetic interference (other electrical medical equipment in the ICU ward), and it is difficult to achieve multi-dimensional monitoring of the human body. Abstract

The present invention discloses a human body sleep multiple physical sign non-invasive distributed optical fiber monitoring system and method. The system comprises a mattress, a plurality of physicalsign optical fiber optical grating sensors, a demodulator and an upper computer; the physical sign optical fiber optical grating sensors comprise a plurality of distributed temperature optical fiber optical grating sensors, distributed pressure optical fiber optical grating sensors and distributed heartbeat / respiration optical fiber optical grating sensors; the physical sign optical fiber opticalgrating sensors are all fixedly arranged in fillers embedded between a mattress inner bed net and a fabric inner filling material, and also keep depth on the same horizontal plane; the physical sign optical fiber optical grating sensors are connected with the demodulator, and output signals of the demodulator are transmitted to the upper computer through serial ports, so as to monitor health stateof a user during sleeping, such as physical sign parameters of heart rate, respiration, body temperature, etc.; and sleeping postures and bed leaving conditions are analyzed according to pressure field monitoring conditions of a user in a sleeping state. The distributed multi-parameter optical fiber optical grating sensor networking realizes monitoring of information of multiple physical signs and sleep movement state.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical fields of smart home, medical care, etc., and relates to a sleep state multi-symptom distributed optical fiber intelligent monitoring technology, in particular to a non-invasive multi-symptom distributed optical fiber sensing intelligent mattress and a sensing method. Background technique [0002] The problem of population aging has become a common topic faced by countries all over the world. According to statistics and analysis of relevant data, my country's elderly population over the age of 60 will reach 400 million in 2035. Therefore, how to protect the health of the elderly will become the focus of the country and society. Usually, when the symptoms of the elderly in the awake state suddenly change, they and others can detect them in time and provide timely treatment. However, when sleeping and unaccompanied, the elderly are prone to emergencies such as sudden rise or drop in body temperature, apnea, heart r...
