The sodium hypochlorite can reduce the turbidity of the water body; transparency is improved, the sunlight irradiates into a water body, normal photosynthesis of submerged plants is guaranteed, after nutritive salt is reduced through the cloth treated through the front-end biologicalrope, an attachment carrier is provided for growth of beneficial microorganisms in the water body, biomass is improved, the beneficial microorganisms are not prone to loss in water, and generation continuity of the beneficial microorganisms is guaranteed; a biological membrane formed on the surface of the biological rope carrier is absorbed and assimilated by taking pollutants in river water as nutrition, so that the biological membrane has a relatively strong purification effect on pollutants in a water body, the survival rate of aquatic plants can be simply and effectively improved, the labor cost is reduced, and the growth stability of the aquatic plants is enhanced.
