The ground anti-skid maintenance material comprises apermeable layer and an anti-skid layer, wherein the surface of a ceramic tile is coated with the permeable layer, the surface of the permeable layer is coated with the anti-skid layer; the permeablelayer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 to 30 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 10 to 15 parts of glass fibers, 20 to 50 parts of polyethylene glycol terephthalate and20 to 50 parts of octadecanol polyoxyethylene ether. The anti-skid layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 20 parts of inorganic auxiliary agents, 5 to 10 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 3 to 15 parts of ammonium oxide, 10 to 20 parts of alpha hydroxy acid, 15 to 30 parts of butyl acetate and 30 to 40 parts of deionized water. The nano calcium carbonate can form a tiny uneven plane on the surface of the ceramic tile, so that the anti-skid layer can better permeate into the surface of the ceramic tile, and meanwhile, the uneven plane can increase the friction force of the surface of the ceramic tile.
