The integrated system comprises the floating-type breakwater, an energy conversion device and an emergency survival device, wherein the floating-type breakwater comprises a rectangular floating box and a guiding pile; the energy conversion device comprises a driving rod, a hydraulic piston, an annular hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic oil pipe and a hydraulic power generator, wherein one end of the driving rod is connected with theguiding pile, the other end of the driving rod is connected with the hydraulic piston, the annular hydraulic cylinder is connected with the hydraulic power generator through the hydraulic oil pipe, and the driving rod moves along with the rectangular floating box to promote and transmit the hydraulic piston to the hydraulic power generator through the hydraulic oil pipe; and the emergency survival device comprises ballast water tanks and an emergency protection plug, wherein the ballast water tanks are distributed on both sides of the rectangular floating box, a mounting hole is formed in thebottom of each ballast water tank, a mounting supporting base is arranged around the mounting holes, and the emergency protection plug is fixed on the rectangular floating box by penetrating throughthe mounting supporting base through a U-shaped clamp.
