The TPE modified material comprises 12-20 parts of polyurethane, 57-60 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 20-25 parts of dioctyl terephthalate, 2-3 parts ofepoxidized soybean oil, 1-5 parts of zinc stabilizer, 0.05-0.15 part of 2-(2-hydroxy-5-tert-octylphenyl)benzotriazole, 0.01-0.1 part of tris(2,4-di-tert-butyl)phenyl phosphite, 0.05-0.15 part of a tert-butyl phenol antioxidant, 0.1-0.4 part of butyl stearate, 0.1-0.4 part of erucyl amide and 0.2-0.5 part of oxidized polyethylene wax. The material has excellent tear resistance, and after the material is stretched and broken, the elongation at break of the material is relatively high, and the plasticity is relatively good; and when products such as TPE pipes or sealing rings are manufactured from the material, the products are not prone to being punctured, and the service life is extremely long.
