Air knifes are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of each bevel part. A plurality of rows of horizontal cylinders are arranged on the portion, close to the top wall, of an inner cavity of the box body. Moisture suction openings are uniformly distributed in the lower half part of each horizontal cylinder. Transmission shafts are arranged in the horizontal cylinders in a rotating limiting manner. Two segments of spiral vanes rotating in the opposite directions are arranged on the outer side of each transmission shaft. A material cylinder is arranged above a top plate of the box body. The material cylinder is communicated with the horizontal cylinders through a drying agent feeding pipe.
