Abstract

The alkali-activated quick repair material is prepared from,by mass, 400 to 500 parts of coal gangue, 500 to 600 parts of superfine slag powder, 40 to 50 parts of sodium hydroxide, 200 to 240 parts of industrial water glass, 30 to 70 parts of sulphoaluminatecement and 260 to 300 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing sodium hydroxide, industrial water glass and water to obtain an alkaline solution; 2) uniformly mixing coal gangue, mineral powder and sulphoaluminate cement; 3) adding the alkaline solution into the obtained mixture, and stirring to obtain slurry; and 4) pouring the slurry into a mold,removing the mold 1 day later, and carrying out standard maintenance so as to obtain the alkali-activated quick repair material.
