The invention discloses an ultra-thin polyester double-sided adhesive tape comprising a polyester thin film layer and two glue layers formed by glue coated on front and back sides of the polyester thin film. Thetreatment system comprises the pretreatment reactor, the coking reaction system, the hydrogenation reaction system, and the catalytic cracking reaction system. With the process and the system of the present invention, the stable long-cycle operation of the whole treatment system can be ensured, and the yield of the light oil product is high.

Preparation method of olefin ether and unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer anti-sludging agent

The invention belongs to the technical field of water treatment and provides a preparation method of an olefin ether and unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer anti-sludging agent. The anti-sludging agent is synthesized through the following steps: (1) adding halogenated acid into a reaction system after the olefin ether is alkalized, raising the temperature to react, filtering, distilling, and drying in vacuum to obtain a carboxylic acid reaction monomer of the olefin ether; (2) raising the temperature and enabling the carboxylic acid reaction monomer of the olefin ether and the unsaturated carboxylic acid to react under the action of an initiator system, and cooling to the room temperature to obtain the olefin ether and unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer anti-sludging agent. The anti-sludging agent contains a super-hydrophilic polyether structure and a large number of carboxyl, is good in water solubility, reacts easily with calcium ions in a circulating water system, and has an excellent anti-sludging property for calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and calcium phosphate.

The invention relates to the electrostatic spinning filed, in particular to composite electrostatic spinning integrated by initiator and a preparation method thereof. The composite electrostatic spinning of the invention is composed of skeleton high polymer, polydimethyl siloxane and initiator, wherein, the mass ratio of the skeleton high polymer to the polydimethyl siloxane is 90:10-10:90, the mass ratio of the polydimethyl siloxane to the initiator is 1:0.1-1:10-9, and the diameter of the composite electrostatic spinning is 50nm-10 mu m. The method of the invention comprises the following steps: dissolving the skeleton high polymer and the precursor of the polydimethyl siloxane, curing agent and the initiator in corresponding solvents to prepare uniform spinning solution, performing electrostatic spinning, heating and curing spinning products, curing the precursor of the polydimethyl siloxane under the action of the curing agent to form a three-dimensional network structure, and covalently fixing the initiator on the polydimethyl siloxane. The product of the invention is composite electrostatic spinning integrated by the initiator, and the initiator is covalently combined on the surface of the electrostatic spinning, therefore, compared with other methods, the electrostatic spinning of the invention is more stable and durable.
