Abstract

The invention discloses an induction method of hairy roots of Curcuma wenyujin. The induction method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of infecting liquid, (2) culture of living tissue-cultured seedlings, (3) induction of the hairy roots, and (4) bacteria-free culture and reproduction of the hairy roots. According to the induction method, the tissue-cultured seedlings are infected byvirtue of endophytes of the Curcuma wenyujin and are taken as receptors of Agrobacterium rhizogenes, and stems of the living tissue-cultured seedlings of the Curcuma wenyujin are infected by virtue ofthe living Agrobacterium rhizogenes so as to effectively induce the hairy roots, so that a technical support is provided for growing medicinal components by virtue of a hairy root induction system ofthe Curcuma wenyujin.
