Abstract

The window processing method comprises the following steps of: step a. determining a processing area, and processing a window cutting line on the planetary part according to design requirements to form a window processing area; step b. performing drilling operation, to be specific, spraying cooling liquid, forming a through hole by vertically drilling the window processing area so as to remove part of machining allowance, and forming a space in to which a milling cutter stretches, a chip removal channel and a cooling liquid channel in the through hole; and step c. performing milling operation, causing the milling cutter to stretch into the through hole for milling operation, assisting in cooling by adopting the cooling liquid so as to remove the machining allowance, and then performing finish machining to obtain a window of the planetary part. According to the window processing method for the planetary part, firstly the through hole is processed by high-efficiency drilling so as to quickly remove part of the allowance, meanwhile the through hole provides the chip removal channel and the cooling liquid circulating channel for milling, and then the milling cutter stretches into the through hole for cutting so as to remove the machining allowance. The entire cutting edge for the milling is uniformly stressedto avoid the excessive loss of the cutting edge.
