steelmaking technology, comprising molten iron pretreatment outside a converter, converter
smelting, and secondary refining outside the converter. The converter
smelting comprises a dephosphorization technology and a decarbonization technology; the converter
smelting is completed in two
converters, wherein, the dephosphorization technology is completed in a converter 1, and the decarbonization technology is completed in a converter 2. In the
steelmaking technology, the dephosphorization technology and the decarbonization technology of the converter smelting are performed in two
converters, the technological parameters are respectively adjusted singly, and the functions of the
converters are unique; the thermodynamic contradiction between dephosphorization and decarbonization in the
steelmaking technology is eliminated; the product quality is increased, the
oxygen blowing time of each converter is greatly shortened, and the smelting cycle is further shortened; little
slag smelting is realized;
manganese ores can be added in the decarbonization technology to adjust the
thermal equilibrium and increase the final content of
manganese; the amount of
manganese iron during the tapping process is reduced; the smelting advantages on high manganese steel, ultra-low
phosphorus steel, etc. are more prominent; the smelting cost is lowered.
