Abstract

The invention provides a height-adjustable single-droplet flash evaporation experimental device which comprises a constant-temperature water bath box for providing constant-temperature water; a micro-injection pump which is connected with the constant-temperature water bath box through a water pipe; a stainless steel capillary tube lifting adjusting piece which is connected with the micro-injection pump through a water pipe; a stainless steel capillary tube which is connected to the bottom of the stainless steel capillary tube lifting adjusting piece; a flash chamber, wherein a stainless steelcapillary tube lifting adjusting piece is fixed at the top of the flash chamber; a flash chamber lifting adjusting piece which is connected to the flash chamber; a heating block which is arranged under the stainless steel capillary tube, wherein a red copper sheet is placed on the upper surface; a thermistor which is arranged on the red copper sheet and used for measuring the temperature of the hot surface, namely the surface of the red copper sheet; a heating controller which is connected with the heating block; a vacuum pump which is connected to the outer side of the flash chamber; a pressure sensor which is connected to the outer side of the flash chamber; a temperature sensor which is connected to the outer side of the flash chamber; a data acquisition instrument which is connected with the thermistor, the pressure sensor and the temperature sensor; and a computer which is connected with the data acquisition instrument.
