[0078] According to the results of in vitro studies, the effect of circ-0046263 on tumor growth in vivo was further verified. We established a nude mouse xenograft tumor model by inoculating knockdown reagents or cells overexpressing circ-0046263 into the soles of male nude mice. The results showed that knockdown of circ-0046263 significantly inhibited tumor growth with smaller tumor volume, while mice treated with overexpression of circ-0046263 had larger tumor weight and volume ( Figure 20-21 ). After 4-6 weeks of injection, the mice were sacrificed, and the inguinal lymph node metastasis was observed.
