The multi-beam imaging sonar real-time signal processing device comprises an embedded GPU signal processing subsystem, a signal interaction subsystem and a plurality of signal acquisition subsystems; each signal acquisition subsystem comprises at least two parallelacquisition assemblies, and each acquisition assembly is controlled by the signal interaction subsystem to synchronously acquire sonar linear array data in parallel, preprocesses the acquired data and transmits the preprocessed data to the signal interaction subsystem; the signal interaction subsystem simultaneously controls the plurality of signal acquisition subsystems to acquire sonar linear array data, and the sonar linear array data are used as an intermediate bridge to realize sonar linear array data transmission between the embedded GPU signal processing subsystem and the signal acquisition subsystems; and the embedded GPU signal processing subsystem controls the signal interaction subsystem to transmit sonar linear array data, performs real-time calculation of a beam forming algorithm and a cross-spectrum method on the sonar linear array data to obtain two-dimensional acoustic image data and a target three-dimensional positioning result, and uploads the two-dimensional acoustic image data and the target three-dimensional positioning result to an upper computer for display.
