Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of edible fungus cultivation, and specifically relates to a method for cultivating dictyophora rubrovolvata through under-forest bulk materials. The methodcomprises the following steps: (1) forest selection; (2) cultivation pretreatment: a step of digging a cultivation ditch with a depth of 10-12 cm on a ridge surface, spraying a layer of heat-preserving materials with a thickness of 2-3 cm into the cultivation ditch, and covering the heat-preserving materials with a layer of cultivation bulk materials with a thickness of 4-5 cm; (3) cultivation: astep of uniformly spreading a layer of dictyophora rubrovolvata strains onto the cultivation bulk materials, then covering the dictyophora rubrovolvata strains with a layer of the cultivation bulk materials with a thickness of 2-3 cm, covering the bulk cultivation materials with a layer of soil which is 2-3 cm thick and contains the heat-preserving materials, and covering the surface of the soilwith a layer of shading and moisture-preserving substances; (4) disease and pest management; and (5) fruiting management. According to the cultivation method provided by the invention, the dictyophorarubrovolvata is cultivated in an under-forest wild-imitating mode, and the utilization rate of under-forest land resources is increased; the bulk materials are adopted for direct cultivation, so themanufacturing cost of fungus sticks and cultivation boxes is saved; compared with traditional bulk material cultivation, the method significantly shortens the fruiting time and is fast in fruiting; meanwhile, the dictyophora rubrovolvata obtained by using the method provided by the invention is high in quality.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of edible fungus cultivation, and in particular relates to a method for cultivating Dictyophora edulis with bulk materials under forests. Background technique [0002] Bamboo fungus (Dictyophoraindusiata Vent. ex Pers Fisch), also known as bamboo fungus, bamboo fungus, bamboo ginseng, etc., is a cryptogamous fungus parasitic on the roots of dry bamboo, and has been listed as one of the "Eight Treasures of Grass" since ancient times. Dictyophora is rich in nutrition, and the 19 kinds of amino acids contained in the fruiting body account for 40% of the total weight, of which 8 kinds of essential amino acids account for 35% of the total amino acids. Dictyophora is a famous and precious mountain wild fungus in my country. It is rich in vitamin C, B1, B2 and various trace elements, and has significant nourishing and health effects. Flower of Fungi", "Queen of Fungi". [0003] There are 4 common and edible types ...
