The ripening acceleration device comprises a ripening acceleration box and a stirring assembly, wherein the ripening acceleration box is fixedly installed on a supporting frame; a box cover is installed on the ripening acceleration box; the stirring assembly comprises a stirring shaft, stirring blades and aservo motor; the servo motor is installed on the box cover; one end of the stirring shaft is connected with an output shaft of the servo motor, and the other end of the stirring shaft penetrates through the box cover and extends into an inner cavity of the ripening acceleration box; the stirring blades are installed outside the stirring shaft; a feeding port is formed in the box cover; and a feeding pipe is installed at the feeding port. The ripening acceleration device also comprises two groups of ultrasonic assemblies and two groups of pulse generator assemblies.
