Problems solved by technology

The physical shielding agent is mainly TiO 2 And ZnO, with the development of nano-sunscreens, such sunscreens are often prepared into insoluble particles with a diameter of less than 100nm, but many studies have reported that because these particles are too small, they can easily penetrate the skin and enter the blood to cause harm to the human body [13,14]
Bioengineering sunscreens (such as epidermal growth factor, superoxide dismutase, etc.) are sunscreen products developed using bioengineering technology. The sunscreen effect is mainly through regulating skin immune function, increasing cell activity, resisting and repairing radiation damage, Then strengthen the sunscreen effect of chemical sunscreens and play an auxiliary and synergistic role, but there is no relevant report on using protein as the main sunscreen [8]

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of protein construction, particularly relates to a bright blue fluorescent protein, a construction method thereof and an application thereof in preparation of a protein sun-screening agent, and further relates to the sun-screening agent containing the bright blue fluorescent protein. The invention relates to the bright blue fluorescent protein, which is a protein(a) or (b) as follows: (a) a protein composed of an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID: NO.2; and (b) a protein which is derived from (a) by substituting, deleting or adding one or more amino acidsto the amino acid sequence of (a) and has an exquisite blue fluorescent protein activity. The bright blue fluorescent protein has the characteristics of pH insensitivity, light stability and the like;the chromophores can absorb long-wavelength ultraviolet (UVA) and release fluorescence with the wavelength of more than 400 nm; meanwhile, the content of aromatic amino acid is high (9.2%), medium-wavelength ultraviolet (UVB) can be absorbed, UVA can be released, UVA can be further absorbed by chromophores through energy resonance transfer, and therefore UFP has the possibility of being developedinto protein sun-screening agents.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of protein construction, and specifically relates to an azure blue fluorescent protein and its construction method and their application in the preparation of protein sunscreens, and further relates to a sunscreen containing the azure blue fluorescent protein. Background technique [0002] In the early 1960s, Shimomura first isolated green fluorescent protein (GFP) from jellyfish, which is stable at high temperature (Tm=78°C) [1] . Fluorescent protein (FP) is a kind of protein that can be excited by ultraviolet light of a specific wavelength to produce fluorescence, and the 65th, 66th, and 67th amino acids form a chromophore [2] . The optical properties of the chromophore result from the autocatalytic formation of a tripeptide (residues 65–67) covalently bound to the α-helix and buried within the β-barrel [3] . The formation of aromatic amino acid and imidazolinone group at position 66 is closely related to the co...
