Embodiment Construction

[0011] The following method of the present invention or a more specific aspects / embodiments will be described. In order to provide a concise description of these aspects / embodiments, all features of an actual implementation may not be described in the specification. It should be appreciated that in the development of any such actual implementation, as in any engineering or design project, many decisions must be made to the specific embodiments to achieve the developers' specific goals, such as compliance with machine-related, system-related and business related constraints, which may vary by embodiment. In addition, it should be understood that such a development effort might be complex and time-consuming, but for this ordinary skill in the public benefit is still the design, fabrication and manufacturing of routine tasks.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method of repairing superalloy components using phase agglomeration by using phase agglomeration. The method of repairing a superalloy component (10, 10-1, 10-2, 10-3, 10-4,10-5, 10-7, 10-8, 10-9) includes subjecting the superalloy component including a repair zone (20) to a phase agglomeration cycle (130) including staged heating and controlled cooling of the component. The method (100) further includes applying a welding material (25) to the repair region (20) to form a welding surface (12, 26); and covering the welding surfaces (12, 26) with a brazing material (25). The assembly is then subjected to a brazing cycle (220) to produce a brazed assembly (10-3). The brazed component (10-3) is cleaned, and the cleaned component is subjected to a repairable heat treatment to repair the microcrystalline structure and mechanical properties of the component.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present disclosure relates to bonding techniques, and in particular to a method for repairing or repair damaged components manufactured from high γ 'alloy temperature. Background technique [0002] Some conventional gas turbine machine, such as a turbine system for generating electric power. Generally, the gas turbine system includes a compressor, a combustor, and a turbine or more. Air may be sucked into the compressor via its inlet in the compressor, air passes through the multi-stage rotating blades and stationary nozzles is compressed. The compressed air is directed to one or more burners in the combustor, the fuel is introduced, and the fuel / air mixture is ignited and combusted to form combustion products, the combustion products as the working fluid of the turbine. [0003] Then, the working fluid flows through the fluid flow path of the turbine, a plurality of flow path is defined between the rotating blades and the fixed nozzle disposed betwee...
