In the outer circumferential surface of the protrusion portion (511), a teeth part (54) is formed that is engaged with a gear (311). A first portion(5211) of the rotor (52) is located around the rotary shaft (51), and is fixed to the rotary shaft (51). A second portion (5212) of the rotor (52) is located at an end portion, of the rotor (52), that is on the protrusion portion (511) side.
