Abstract

The invention discloses an optimal control system and an optimal control method for a ship power supply and steam supply linkage system by utilizing waste heat of a diesel generator. The control system comprises a sensor, a combined heat and power generation controller, and a power generation amount PID controller of a steam turbine generator. The combined heat and power generation controller obtains steam heat supply requirements and power utilization requirements of a whole ship through sensors, calculates fuel consumption of the diesel generator and a fuel boiler, sends out a fuel control signal, and sends out a set value signal to the power generation amount PID controller of the steam turbine generator at the same time, therefore, the operation conditions of equipment such as a marinediesel generator, a fuel boiler, a waste gas boiler and a steam turbine generator are controlled, and the whole-ship steam heat supply requirement and power utilization requirement are met. Comparedwith the prior art, the optimal control system and the optimal control method have the advantages that the total fuel cost or the total CO2 emission value can be controlled to be lowest under the condition that steam heat supply and power supply of the whole ship are met, so that the purposes of reducing the operation cost or saving energy and reducing emission are achieved.
