When a self-adaptive seat disc works, the pressure of the seat disc energy accumulator is fedback to the adjustable throttle valve through an oil way, the opening degree of the throttle valve is dynamically adjusted according to the pressure of the seat disc energy accumulator, and thereforerapid lifting control over the seat disc oil cylinder is achieved.
