Embodiment Construction

[0027] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0028] The invention provides a method for preparing a superhydrophobic surface based on the droplet self-bouncing effect to prevent atmospheric corrosion of metals. A two-step method of high-temperature oxidation and surface modification is used to prepare sheet-like structures on copper sheets by controlling the reaction temperature and reaction time. The superhydrophobic surface, specifically, includes the following steps:

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method and application of a super-hydrophobic surface based on a liquid drop self-bounce effect. The method comprises the following steps of S1, preprocessing a metal substrate; S2, carrying out oxidation at high temperature, and constructing a rough surface on the metal substrate; S3, modifying the structure surface with the roughness obtained in the step S2 through utilization of a low surface energy substance, thereby preparing the super-hydrophobic surface with the liquid drop self-bounce effect. According to the method, the formation of surface fog drops is inhibited through utilization of the drop self-bounce effect of the super-hydrophobic surface, the conversion of the fog drops from a partially wet state to a suspended Cassie state is promoted,so the stable existence of an air layer is maintained and the atmospheric corrosion protection performance of the surface is improved. According to the method, the feasibility of the application of the liquid drop self-bounce effect of the super-hydrophobic surface in the protection of atmospheric corrosion caused by fog falling is proved for the first time. The liquid drop self-bounce effect canbe generated spontaneously without external force, so the method is a novel active corrosion protection method. The preparation method is simple and quick. Expensive equipment is not needed. A reagent is harmless to the environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of metal anticorrosion, in particular to a preparation method and application of a super-hydrophobic surface based on the droplet self-bounce effect. Background technique [0002] Atmospheric corrosion is the most common form of corrosion in nature, which not only causes huge economic losses, but also poses a serious threat to safety. According to statistics, 80% of metal components are used in the atmospheric environment, and the direct economic losses caused by atmospheric corrosion in countries around the world account for about 1.5% to 3% of the gross national product each year. Therefore, the development of new and efficient atmospheric corrosion protection materials, ensuring the safety and durability of various engineering facilities in the atmospheric area, and reducing the occurrence of major disasters and accidents are key and common issues that should be urgently resolved in my country's economic ...
