Abstract

The invention discloses an improved culture method of swine-derived lactobacillus reuteri. The method comprises the following steps: inoculating swine-derived lactobacillus reuteri into an MRS culturemedium, and performing culturing for 36-48h at 37-43 DEG C at a rotating speed of 0-120r / min in the absence of oxygen and with carbon dioxide.
