Abstract

The method is characterized in that mixed pulp of chemical thermo-mechanical pulp and chemical pulp is treated by using ionic liquid under a mild condition, so the original hydrogen bond structure of the pulp is damaged, a fiber structure is loose, and more hydroxyl groups are exposed on the surfaces of paper pulp fibers; and thus, more hydrogen bonds are formed among the fibers when paper is made, and interaction with other types of pulp fibers is easier to generate, so the paper-based material with relatively high physical strength performance is prepared. The paper-based material produced by the method is high in physical strength, and the method is simple to operate, obviousin effect, high in practicability, small in pollution and easy to popularize.
