Abstract

The invention discloses a plunger pump composite control regulator. The plunger pump composite control regulator comprises a variable power control valve and a variable pressure difference control valve which communicate with each other. The variable power control valve communicates with a variable pump, and the variable pressure difference control valve communicates with a hydraulic system. The variable power control valve comprises a power proportion electromagnet, a power spring and a power valve element. The variable pressure difference control valve comprises a pressure difference proportion electromagnet, a pressure difference spring and a constant flow valve element. A set current signal value is input into the power proportion electromagnet and the pressure difference proportion electromagnet, the thrust of the power proportion electromagnet, the thrust of the power spring and the thrust of a guide wheel mechanism are balanced, and therefore the position of the power valve element is adjusted; and the thrust of the pressure difference proportion electromagnet, the thrust of the pressure difference spring and the hydraulic pressure of the system are balanced so as to adjustthe position of the constant flow valve element.
