Abstract
The invention relates to a formula of flavored pickled radish pickles. The formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55-65 parts of shredded radishes; 1-5 parts of radix aucklandiae; 12-51 parts of edible salt ; 2.8-4 parts of glacial acetic acid; 1-2 parts of Sichuan pepper; 1.3-2.5 parts of Hangzhou peppers; 1.04-1.1 parts of ginger; 1.2-1.7 parts of monosodium glutamate; 2.4-4.7 parts of agaricus blazei murill; 3-6 parts of red wine; 0.05-0.6 part of red chili oil; 0.35-0.75 part of celery; 4-9 parts of rhodiola rosea; 9-18 parts of peanut oil; 7.3-9.8 parts of shrimp meat; 1.6-4.9 parts of papaya leaves; and 3.2-8.6 parts of pomegranate leaves. The red wine, the glacial acetic acid and the edible salt are added, so that the flavored radish pickles are delicious intaste and beneficial to storage, the mildewing and deterioration conditions are reduced, the agaricus blazei murill, the celery and the radix aucklandiae are added, the medicinal value of health-preserving and dietary therapy is achieved, and the requirements of people for disease prevention are met.
