Abstract

The invention discloses a three-stage evaporation system for recovering dicarboxylic acid from adipic acid waste liquid. The three-stage evaporation system comprises a rising-film evaporator and a falling-film evaporator, wherein a liquid inlet pipe is arranged at the bottom end of the rising-film evaporator; one side of the liquid inlet pipe is connected with a liquid inlet valve through a bolt;collecting pipes are welded to one side of the rising-film evaporator and one side of the falling-film evaporator; a first-stage steam condensate collecting tank and a second-stage steam condensate collecting tank are arranged at the ends of the two collecting pipes correspondingly; a communicating pipe is welded to one side of the rising-film evaporator; the end, away from the rising-film evaporator, of the communicating pipe is welded to one side of the falling-film evaporator; a connecting pipe is arranged on one side of the rising-film evaporator; a condenser is arranged at the end of theconnecting pipe; and one side of the condenser communicates with the condenser. According to the invention, an aqueous dicarboxylic acid solution passes through the rising-film evaporator, the falling-film evaporator, a main three-stage evaporation tank and an auxiliary three-stage evaporation tank, nitric acid and water are evaporated and condensed under a negative-pressure working condition, andthen nitric acid condensate is collected into a nitric acid condensate recovery tank for comprehensive utilization.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of chemical equipment, in particular to a three-stage evaporation system for recovering dicarboxylic acid from adipic acid waste liquid. Background technique [0002] The waste liquid produced in the production process of adipic acid plant contains mixed dicarboxylic acid, which is a mixture of succinic acid, glutaric acid and adipic acid, commonly known as nylon acid, or dicarboxylic acid for short. In addition, it also contains a small amount of nitric acid and water, collectively referred to as dibasic carboxylic acid aqueous solution, which is mainly used in the production of solvents, plasticizers, raw materials for the manufacture of pesticides, plant growth hormones and foam plastics, and can also be used to produce dibasic acid dimethyl ester. [0003] In the process of recovering dicarboxylic acid from adipic acid waste liquid, some equipment cannot remove and recover nitric acid and water well, and...
